I've been emailing people with autograph requests and started about 1-2 weeks ago.

My newest success is: Former NBA Player and Current USC Head Coach, HENRY BIBBY


Here is the breakdown of my success:

Cedric the Entertainer ; comedian (received email for me to send SASE and he'll sign)
Archie Griffin ; 2-time Heisman winner (received email for me to send SASE and he'll sign)
Lute Olsen ; HOF NCAA Coach (received email for me to send SASE and he'll sign)
Steve Irwin ; Crocodile Hunter (pre-printed signature)

    Does Steve Irwin recieve so much mail he can't autograph it himself?

    The postcard with Irwin's pre-print signature contained a letter as well which said he was busy shooting his new film. Strange, since the movie is done, been released, and is already out of theatre's -- oh well.

    I get the emails from various websites -- many of the coaches emails can be found at fansonly.com, then searching through team pages and looking for staff email addresses. You can find college coaches of any sport and that is where I found Henry Bibby, Lute Olsen, among others. I've already received an email from the Head Basketball Coach of Clemson saying that he will send me a signed photo within a week. He also gave me his phone number to call him up and talk about coaching since the main purpose of my emails to coaches is to learn or pick up any tips/secrets about the profession since that is the career I'd like to be involved in.

    I used to send out about 50 a month....I have gotten over 400 autos back in about 3 years..not to bad...

    Yeah, a few months ago I was sending out a lot of letters, I'm going to get back into that soon...I've gotten a ton of successes...I just send through the mail like ahares

    I got Cedric the Entertainer's not too long ago, didn't have to send an SASE image.

    oh, well... I've gotta pay what... less than $1 total to ship to Cedric with a SASE and he said he'd personalize it. So it's not a big deal. I have to do the same thing with Lute Olsen and Archie Griffin. $3 spent for guaranteed auto's instead of mailing out waiting months clinging to the hope that I may get it back -- hmm.. I think it's still worth it.
