I wonder why the seller has 23 negatives in their feedback? image
  • He says that was graded by INS in 1988. INS didn't start using slabs until 1989. This one was probably graded sometime in in 1990 as even PCGS was not using the DMPL designation before that time (At least the earliest use we have seen on a PCGS slab was on PCGS 4 variety that started in Jan of 1990. That INS variety ended in early 1991.) I agree though, where is he coming up with the PCGS MS-65?

Conder I have an old rattler holder with a 81-S Morgan that has the DMPL designation on it.

Could Conder101 be confusing 'DMPL' with 'DCAM'? it is pretty early in the morning. . . image
