Late Night Question for David Hall if you're out with us tonite

With the departure of Rick Montgomery and CU stock not doing so well, some of us in the collecting end with no ties to this business have been wondering if PCGS is on stable ground and will continue to provide the worthwhile service it has at the levels it has, and thereby maintain it's standing in the collecting community. What words of wisdom can you add to the situation right now?

Frank...PCGS is doing fine and dandy...grading a lot of coins and making a nice contribution to Collectors Universe. The PCGS brand is bigger than any one individual and while we miss Rick, we'll do A-OK without him.

Well that is true....but I was up late too .doing paperwork (after driving my wife and daughter to a NY City Broadway show while I waited outside as I hate Broadway shows........42nd Street...... Ughh!) ........but I think David Hall has been energized by the change which is can be a dangerous thing for NGC.

Personally I suspect that this change may be the wake up call he and all of us need once in a while in our lives. Sometimes change is good.

The key is reacting positively to change.

Like so many of us who have not been happy with grades on their coins in the last 6 months. I have 2 orders of Morgans in that will tell if I continue to use PCGS for grading. I know a little fish like myself does not make a big difference to PCGS. But lots of us little fishies are not happy. All of the Morgans were crackout of ANACS, NCG and old PCGS holders. Just want to se what they grade now. If I take a big grade hit, well another grading company will have a new customer.
