Mr.Hall - percentage of old collections graded?

Knowing grading services are gradually certifying the majority of the coins of significant value, what percentage of remaining old-time collections remain raw? At some point, do you believe they will all be graded? Are there any large obscure collections still in vaults?

I would post this to the Q&A forum. It appears, from one of David Hall's comments, that he will be doing these on Tuesdays (and he is answering them now).

It is an interesting question, just when you think they are all gone, another comes up. Superior will be selling one early next year (all raw).
