yes, I suppose it is stupid to point out that the tightning/loosning standards issue

is still a major contoversy today............. NOT !

IN FACT , in 1987 , Mr. Hall told Bushmaster face to face

that the key to PCGS's sucsess was the reality that PCGS's grading standards

WOULD NOT CHANGE ! !

So again , it's stupid to address the hundreds , if not thousands

of posts that imply or suggest that their grading fluctuates .............. NOT !
