I will ask very simply that PCGS verify grades on Saturday and Sunday so as to improve the speed of getting ones coins graded faster....the number one complaint I would presume. AT least move or hire someone for the sealing process on Sat and SUN> to improve grade speed!

CC members like myself gold and platinum, should have a dedicated customer support person(s) so we may have priority status for online questions etc. What do you think?

I think the PCGS turn around time is as promised. I'm not sure I know what you mean on that part. I'll have sandy or Charlie contact you.
