$200 in Kennedy Halves Searched

I saw what Marty was finding in Kennedy Half rolls and decided to stop at a local bank and get some to search. They only had $200 and told me they don't get them in very often and only from their customers. I thought that might mean I would have a good chance of finding some Franklins or Walking Liberty Halves. Anyway, I found: 1 BU 1964P probably MS63, and 8 XF/AU 1965 to 1970 40% halves. I also found some beautifully blue toned 1976D halves that appear to be BU coins. In all, I found 25 or 30 halves that look like uncirculated coins to me. Can these coins be considered true BU coins? It was fun looking through the coins, but now what do I do with the silver coins I found? It looks like the postage to ship them to a dealer would eat up any profit.

Charlie - good finds! - Yes, there may have been UNC's in your grouping. As for the silver, I'd hang on to it - collect enough of them or wait for silver to go up a bit, otherwise you're not going to get much for bullion silver.
