I bought one of Todd's (CameoCC) PCGS 70 DCAM proof Kennedy Halves, the 1992. Finally, after many tries from various dealers I think I finally found a perfect legitimate 70 with deep, deep contrast. Thank you Todd. BTW, he might have a few left if you have been looking to pick one up.

I suspect that the Kennedys that achieve the PR70DCAM grade from this point will be ultra carefully screened by PCGS (they have shelled out plenty of money already on defective 70's)!!
