Is the coin market this hard for dealers?

We've already seen a couple sites up for sale recently, west coast coins and casper coins. Just ran across another, bid4coins.com. Link. Anyone know what might be driving it? Is it just the economy or do you think this is a sign/signal for the coin market?

Somehow, I don't think of Casper as a dealer - more like a collector who set up his website to sell off his coins.

Yeah, and not his best stuff either. Just about all his stuff is maxed out material. Nice, but still maxed out. That being said, if I had his dups as the basis for my Morgan collection, I'd be off to a pretty good start!
