HELP!!!!Does Anyone know how fleer is to responding about complaints????

I bought 2 boxes of 02-03 fleer authentix bkb at target and received 1 insert no game used or rc's. a few of the packs had these security tags in them and like 6 of the packs contained 6 cards instead of only 5. I emailed fleer. Anyone know how good they are to responding to situations like these????

    Quasar and I bought a case of Fleer product it took over 6 months to get the problem resolved .And they did send use something it was junk...............


    They only way I got it taken care of was to finally go into the Tell Your Story section and see if they would print what happen...

    2weeks later week got 3 junk gu from them I guess thats better then nothing but it was still junk and not worth the time to email them 25 times ...........

  • youve got to be joking me...you got no game used out of retail packs and you want fleer to compensate you for it? lol, haha...those security tags inside the cards are so that walmart trailer trash dont steal them.
  • well i bought 2 boxes not just oike 5 packs..... the packs had more cards in them than they should and i didnt get a damn thing out of them and just want some kind of explanation

  • retail boxes are crap dude...you get game used out of every 100 packs, not good game used, the crappy ones come 1:100...you could buy 10 boxes of retail, and maybe get one game used...the packs are cheap cause the odds are terrible...
  • For all the horror stories you hear, there are always us that have never had a problem with bonified complaints and receive rapid responses. Attach this paragraph to your complaint......

  • I have found them to be slow but overall they come through for you, but expect to wait a long time on hold(1+ hour except when they first open)...but you don't have a case my man..never buy retail pcks or boxes...
  • Yeah, don't listen to the people that talk trash about fleer. They listen, and will fix the problem if there is one. True, if you did get ripped off you might get some sealed packs with a gu or auto if you got ripped off of one and it most likely will be low end, but they will still take care of the problem.
  • Check the odds on Retail boxes. You are lucky to get 1 game used in 5 to 10 boxes. You get what you pay for.
  • I e-mailed them with no response, I do live less than 20 min. from Fleer so...image
  • Fleer customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. This thread on TR is actually about their redemptions, but it gives you an idea of what fellow collectors have gone through with them:

  • It all depends of if you know who to talk to. One of the people who make sure things get done is Hal Genter. He posts on Beckett's message board from time to time.

  • Just to let you guys know, Fleer no longer uses their email service at this time. They are understaffed, and cant handle all the mail. The only way to contact them is to Call them, and even then, expect to be on hold for 45mins to an hour.

    Yep. He works for Fleer, but don't hold your breath about retail boxes. You are not guarenteed anything out of them which is why they are so cheap.
