The 8th PM sent will receive a 1962 copy of Arlie Slabaugh's United States Commemorative Coinage to add to their library.
The rules:
1. You must be a Junior (16 or under) collector
2. Only ONE PM allowed
3. The giveaway will end upon receipt of the 8th PM or 9:00PM Eastern whichever is first
4. If I do not receive 8 PM's by 9:00PM Eastern tonight then the last PM will win
