    dimetime it isnt a waste. it may be the most profound statement in the entire registry. If pcgs continues on their current path this set can never be completed!

    PCGS needs stipulate a minimum requirement to registry a set.
    Maybe 25% completion?

    At least this set has one coin (albeit an optional 2002) in it. This same person has a Sacagawea set registered with no coins at all! What is the point??

    I assume that the pr70 Kennedy set is a statement that, since pcgs has stopped awarding the proof 70 grade that it in itself is paradox. It only exists because pcgs says it doesn't exist.
