SoQ Free Grading

what's the policy and procedure for the Special of Quarter free grading? I just sent a Sacagawea in with some moderns under that tier. put coin on the last line of form with "special of quarter" written in. then I remembered had to be regular tier, but they're already in the mail, so now what? Would help to have all the rules in one place for easy reference, I can't keep track of them all.
