The next step for slabs?

Given that the slab industry is rapidly entering the maturity stage of the product lifecycle, can you give us any hints about what the next steps for the industry might be? Or just a vision for where slabs can go?

We've been grading for 17 so the grading aspect of our business is indeed mature. We'll continue to look for ways to grade better and more efficiently. Our most recent innovation has been the PCGS Set Registry. The Set Registry has obviously had a major impact on the U.S. coin market. We will expand the Set Registry concept to help make set building fun for everyone. We are also looking to the world market and will be launching a Canadian Set Registry in January.

We are focusing on things that make coin collecting fun and easy to do. There are other things we have in the works, mostly revolving around making it easier to buy and sell coins, but we need to keep them under wraps.

And we always appreciate any suggestions you have on how PCGS can make the coin market better for everyone.
