Shawn Kemp getting in much better shape

Kemp is slowly getting back into his normal playing shape with the Orlando Magic this season. He just played a heck of a game on defense and his outside shot is impressive. He scored a season high 14 points (This will definitely improve) and had 9 rebounds in the win against Miami. He has lost about 30 pounds since training camp and I guarantee you he will be close to his All-Star self sometime between mid-season and the playoffs.

    When he was with the Sonics, back when I actually considered myself a basketball fan, I loved watching Kemp... Det, Hawk, Perkins,GP, they were fun to watch... Good to see he is finally getting trim image

    I thought Kemp was that 400-pounder that was suing McDonald's...lol


    He really wasn't that bad when he was with the Blazers.It's just kinda hard to get recognition when you're sharing time with 2 or 3 other PF's.

    So they actually let KEMP out of rehab? I gues the Crack sells are going up in Orlando now that he is there.

    he's actually getting in much better shape. He hired a personal chef to make sure he eats only healthy foods and has been working out heavily with the team. Losing 30 pounds in only 2 months is very good no matter who you are.

    fat or not, if they can get 15 - 9 from Kemp every night it would improve them a lot

    True Orlando fan to the end.

    Even if Kemp get's back into shape, he will just go back on the drugs/sauce and have another 30 kids with 12 women. This guy is a joke and please don't get your hopes up on Kemp....you already have enough riding on Grant Hill's ankle......


    On another note....I'm calling Vince Carter to play 5 games before he blows out his knee and opt's to get a brand spanking new knee (what he should have got the first time around) Here's hoping the Rap's keep on losing so we get King James....(yea I'm giving up already on these guys......they are starting to make me sick...)
