anybody tell me where the money order tracking thing is for USPS?

ive been searching their site for about 15 minutes and cant find crap. please help!

Pretty sure there is no tracking available for a money order. There is the
serial number on the money order, and you need to take that to the post office
and talk with the post master there. Then they can send in a request to
see if the money order has been cashed, and they will send back a photo copy
of the money order to see the signature and prove it was cashed. I had to
go thru this a while back.

if its been cashed, and i never got my item is that considered stolen, and can i get my money back?
