Won a bunch of auctions for a guy on ebay, sent money order a couple weeks ago, and have emailed him 3 times. No response, im looking at his ratings now and he has 1000 positive and 45 negatives in the last week.

I would say you just got ripped off then ......Try to get the person's phone # and call him maybe something has happened to him...


But it sounds like you got ripped with all the negative feed back left in the past week........


Definatly track the money and see if it was cashed

im gonna go to po tomorrow and see if its been cashed(im sure it has) and then get my refund and file fraud charges, contact BBB, and file charges with ebay(which they wont do shi*t because he's a powerseller and they make a ton off him ripping us off)

This guy has been mentioned on here numerous times with a warning to stay away from. If you look at his feedback, which in all honesty - you should have done before bidding - you will notice that unless you win a ton of auctions you are gonna' be put at the bottom of the list. Most of his feedback comes from people who win 10 or more auctions. He obviously can't handle his business.

If it is a postal money order all you have to do is call the number on the receipt tab and enter in the number to see if it was cashed. If you haven't received the merchandise you can go to the post office and begin a fraud claim against the person who cashed it.
