I was looking through some Lincoln Cents and found a 1936 where the R in LIBERTY is missing the left leg. Is this a known variety, or just a filled die? Thanks.

This is most likely a filled die.

It's either a filled die or damaged die.I don't know if one has been attributed or not.

There is a variety where the left leg of the R is broken.
