Pictures with Copy Stand

Where do people put their lights? The instructions say below the camera. I think it might be better above. What wattage bulbs? Anyone use extra lights beyond the two attached?

With some of my early photo's I was just using the standard lights at whatever angles. Then I switched to Reveal bulbs. One at about a 120° from the camera on each side and up about 45° from the surface where the coin is located. Now, I find myself using the high intensity lighting for better color. Hope this helps.
