Right Coin. Wrong Holder?

I can't help but believe this scarce, off-centered Liberty nickel would have a bid by now if it was in a PCGS or NGC holder. The grade looks right and the coin is rarely seen with this dramatic of an error.
The "right" coin in the wrong holder syndrome?

While it is a nice error coin, the starting bid even in a PCGS or NGC holder would prevent me from bidding.

It seems to me that error coins like this are not nearly so holder sensitive as correctly struck grade sensitive coins. Errors either turn you on or not. If I were an error collector, the holder would mean little to me! Doesn't look AU 50 to me but does it matter very much if EF?
I hate it when you see my post before I can edit the spelling.

Liberty nickels, with any kind of off-centeredness (is that a word?) of greater than 10% are rare- just like its Buffalo brothern (which also top out at way over a grand each).
