Anyone know ebayer Sam1963 ?

I looked at a couple of his coins and sent him a friendly note about possibly misleading the bidders. On a 1986 American Silver Eagle he says that it's slabbed #146204-001 which makes it the first eagle ever graded by ngc in pr69. I reminded him it was the first eagle graded ON THAT SUBMISSION FORM. With 5,500 graded pr69 U/C by NGC I think there are a few "-001"s out there. He makes this statment on many of his auctions and he may not really know. I figure he'll respond to my email in one of two ways.
