I agree with Russ. He is absolutely correct. The quality standard of the mintage is complicated, probably in function of the metal mix used, to produce a real PR70DCAM, besides their ugliness ... Mostly of the PR69DCAM that I saw, and had some, don't deserve this grade. Some raw coins, after days of light and air exposition changed dramatically their cameo appearance. It's complicated the handling, the shipment and finally the grade process to have a perfect coin in the end of the process. Ok. If one appear will be a $$$ fight to have the #1 set…..
