2002 S Sacagawea PR 70

Does anyone know who made this coin ? It's the first coin in the 3 year run to make PR70 in this series.

It's probably a pop report glitch. Sacs are automatically excluded from the 70 grade due to extreme ugliness.image

May be PCGS have to make one. There are 90 sets tie up as number one all time finest image

  • I agree with Russ. He is absolutely correct.
The quality standard of the mintage is complicated, probably in function of the metal mix used, to produce a real PR70DCAM, besides their ugliness ... image
Mostly of the PR69DCAM that I saw, and had some, don't deserve this grade. Some raw coins, after days of light and air exposition changed dramatically their cameo appearance. It's complicated the handling, the shipment and finally the grade process to have a perfect coin in the end of the process.
Ok. If one appear will be a $$$ fight to have the #1 set…..

  • I agree with jcping. They do not want to have to give out 90 plaques this year!!!!
