It'll get bagged...I know...I had a couple like that that the dealer I asked wouldn't even send in...

But an over dipped surface leaves the coin with a pitted look, not lustrous. Whizzing etches the coin lightly to create a reflective surface.

I think if the coin looked as good as the photos it would be in a slab.. I am sure it would body bag.

It does looks wizzed, but I would say more like washed, buffed, waxed, and polished!

Doesn't look whizzed or dipped from the photos. Appears to be plated though.
