What's the lowest graded proof coin known to exist?

I think we've mentioned that 1895 Morgan in PF-10 before. Are there any known that are graded lower than that?

Given the fact that the PCGS population report doesn't list coins below VG08 I guess we will never know unless we see one advertised.

I've had a complete set of 2002 silver SQs in my pocket since they were issued.

Do you have ant pictures of it? Bet it was a neat one.
I wish now I'd have kept it, crossed it into PCGS and added that one to my Registry.

That would be a Shield Nickel, and, yes it was a proof only year.
