Could somebody explain the PCGS guarantee........

or at least provide me with some links. I have a lovely fingerprint on my 1910 MS65RD Lincoln as well as an AH proof Kennedy that somebody sneezed on. Has to be a sneeze, otherwise this thing wouldn't have been graded in the first place. Can provide pictures if you really want to look at them.
