I lived in Fort Worth for 6-7 months and in that time I think I only heard the word farm replacing ranch once but ranches were talked about often...An apartment means no livestock to feed so I think in tough times your better off where you be....

I've sold 2 Montana's, 2 Portis, 4 Harrington's, 1 Carr, 1 Namath, and 2 Warner auto's in the past 2 weeks so the better auto's are out again...I can't keep them in hand very long anymore...I sold most of it locally even which is fairly unusual that I have a run of cashflow without the wait ...I really don't think I have anything good left...Down to just Sage Auto's...Have way to many rookies from 2002 to be sitting on if you need any of them.
