1869 TWO CENT PIECE - XLNT TONING - UNC- WOW!

I eMailed this seller about his return policy. It's a no return, so I won't be bidding. But, I was curious to find out what those of you who are familiar with this series think of this coin. To me it looks too pretty to be true, so I have a bad gut feeling about it. Being new to these, though, I could be dead wrong.

I think all bets are off since the seller's description says "Has more toning than the picture shows but check out the picture and see what you think! Gorgeous red color with blue toning!" I see no blue in the photo, so I'm very unsure what the coin might really look like.

Plus, the photo shows the coin on a weird color background which is irritating.

I guess if an auction has a description which doesn't agree with the photo, and they tell you the photo doesn't really look like the coin, and there's no return, I'm suspicious.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
