I just received this e-mail, is this a scam?

It came from an e-mail address of: operations@dell.com and in the file section it has: PPThumbs.ptn.exe

Of course, I am NOT Donald Spitz and that is the entire message cut off like that. I did not download the file.

I checked my PayPal account and nothing has changed.

Anyone seen this before? Thoughts? Should I be concerned?

Don't launch that file, whatever you do. Sounds like another e-mail worm or similar program that you don't want to launch. I would just delete the e-mail, and empty your deleted items folder so it doesn't accidentally get launched.
