David Hall on the Q&A Forum

Hello All:

As requested, we've reopened the Q&A forum to better organize your questions for David Hall and he will answer your questions on Tuesday evening.
David will answer any reasonable questions about PCGS, grading, the PCGS Set Registry, the coin market, etc. Due to legal restrictions, David is not able to answer questions about Collectors Universe financials or CLCT stock.

Besides answering your questions on the Q&A forum, he will also be responding to threads on the other forums on Tuesday evenings and making comments where he feels he can provide useful information. But if you want to be sure that David sees your question please use the Q&A forum.

For those unfamiliar with how this forum works or if you need a refresher:

This is a moderated forum. No question will show unless it has been approved by an administrator.
You will be able to post your question, once approved, your question and the answer will be viewable to everyone.
The only persons who can reply to your question are administrators.
If you have a follow-up question, please post it in a new thread.

When a coin is submitted to PCGS as a crossover and the coin does not cross,can PCGS state on the invoice at what grade the coin will cross or if there is a problem coin what is the problem ?

So what happened to the questions submitted after the last time Rick answered, and prior to the Rick's departure from PCGS? Did they get lost? (actually, I think the folks at PCGS are ignoring my question and hoping it will go away).
