Another story and guessing thread...Proof Franklins!

Okay, I am not sure what the 1959 Franklin in PCGS PR69DCAM sold for but have heard it went for less than this coin. Anyone can guess it again receives a 1943 D 1c PCGS MS66.

The coin is a proof Franklin half graded by PCGS. It is a normal coin, no wrong planchets or anything else...not even the 61 DDR. I believe it to be the highest $$$ garnish for a proof Franklin and for any modern coin 1930 forward.

Should I tell the price or let people guess that as well?

Good guess, I have sold two of those...that is a good price for one too. This one sold for considerably higher!

ocpg, I had heard that that coin sold for between $25k and $30k...but you are getting close.
