DCAM or not???

Sure looks like it ought to. Proofs in the late 70s and early 80s usually have the cameo heaped on as if with a spatula.

Coin looks like it has a spot on the head making it not worth grading.

To answer the question looks dcam to me.

Nice frosty coin. Easily makes DCAM. Numish is right about the spots. Check for them.

It should, although PCGS has been basically requiring DCAM+ level of cameo to dcam...so it is a crap shoot. Grade?

Ill say OBV is DCAM and the REV is DCAM so they should give u the DCAM
