The carpet color in the PCGS "clean"/grading room is...

I can't tell, but it looks like blue or gray!

This is lot 5040 in the upcoming Heritage sale and this is an excerpt pf the description:

A foreign object seems to have been encapsulated with the coin on the reverse below the final A in AMERICA

No guys, it is not "seems" there IS a carpet fiber in the holder!!

    greyish white more grey than white though

    "Yo Jack, Check out this bad boy!", Jill shouts as she heaves the half cent to the other side of the grading room where Jack is grading yet another B&M submission.
    Jack raises his head and glances non-chalantly over at Jill. Just then, the half cent slams into his eyeball and falls onto the bluish-grey carpeted floor where it promptly gets sucked into Mildred the cleaning lady's Hoover yadayadayada image

    It could be a piece of thread from a shirt or sweater. ??
