well here's the story

a friend of mine (here in Belgium) bought a card on eBay from this guy and he keeps asking money for shipping (my friend almost paid $20 shipping now)
this seems very fishy..
I just paid another $13 for him and now he wants an extra $1 for the PayPal fees

btw, he bought the card for $180 so this isn't a small deal.. I hope this guy doesn't rip my friend, maybe I should just force him to send the money back to me through PayPal, what do you think?
