Player sets on the registry

Is there any rhyme or reason as to what cards are included? The ones with just "player set" do not all have all of the cards included. For the ones split between "basic set" and "master set," is the intention for the basic set to have all regular issue base set cards from his playing days, and the master set to have all cards period? Some of the parallels seem to be included in some of the basic sets, but not others.
Corollary question: How does one go about submitting a checklist for a player set to be added to the registry? On the set request page, all you can give are the title and cert numbers of three cards you intend to add. It says priority will be given to sets sumbitted with proposed weighting, but I see no means to communicate that weighting. Thanks guys,
Joe

Just put together the cards/weights which you think should be in a player set and email them to BJ
1966 Topps #126 Jim Palmer - Weight 10
1967 Topps #152 WS Game 2, Palmer blanks dodgers - Weight 5
1967 Topps #475 Jim Palmer - Weight 7
...
All of this is subject to PSA review/change. They added the Palmer set as I defined it.

Communicate directly with bj@collectors.com. She is quite knowledgable and will help you out with this.
The basic player sets will/should primarily be only mainstream, regular-issue cards. No All-Stars, Record Breaker, Highlights, etc. The Master Player set will basically include: all cards of that player from that player's playing days. However, only cards that PSA still grades (e.g. no Nestles cards...), and only cards that have already been graded by PSA. So if a card has never been graded by PSA -- don't include it on the Master Player set -- have it added when/if it ever gets graded.
