Question for Mr. Hall- Can an ACG coin get a fair shake at PCGS? I'm serious here.

Mr. Hall:
I bought an ACG MS graded Bust 50C from a major dealer (who does not handle ACG coins). The coin has fabulous original toning and is probably a PCGS AU58 and most likely not an MS coin as ACG has graded it. The dealer I bought it from had purchased and sold it (to me) as a wonderfully toned AU58. I had a long talk with the dealer (a major national player) who said he has owned two ACG coins in 35 years as a dealer but could not pass on this coin because it was so nicely colored with clean surfaces (a premium AU58). Most of my coins are in PCGS holders. If I send this one to PCGS (in the ACG slab), will you grade the coin for what it is (and overlook the ACG slab)?? I'd prefer not to crack the slab and risk damaging what is one of my favorite coins in my collection.
There are actually many nice coins in ACG slabs (crying to get out) as ACG makes a hard pitch to get volume submissions (stuff like somebody who inherited Grandpa's collection and can get all 100 coins slabbed for $400 or so). There are also alot of "problem" ACG coins that were in the main dealer submissions.
My query: Can my coin get a fair shake at PCGS? Do you want to see it yourself (just kidding)??

Crack it out of the slab or have your dealer do it for you- how valuable is it?
I've heard, you can specify how low you would be willing to go on crossover and that rarely ACG will cross straight to NGC or PCGS - but if that is the case ACG screwed up and you should send it back to them raw and get a couple more points
My ACG Millen. Sac MS68 crossed at MS66. Luckily I paid MS66 money for it so that was fine.
<< <i>With Morgans, I worry about cleaned, altered, whizzed or tooled coins in an ACG slab. They will slab anything, that is the problem IMHO... >>
More like that will slab anything that IS problem
I specifically asked PCGS about this on phone, was told they don't crack crossovers out before grading, even if you specify cross @ any. So nogrades won't result in a bodybag, you'd just get original slab back. from q&a here tho, got the impression you could submit slabs for regular grading (not crossover service) and they would be cracked out first. I'm gonna have to call 'em again, I guess.
We get very few Accugrade coins in for crossover and when we do they are usually "cross at any grade" submissions.

As long as you specify "cross at any grade" the coin is cracked out and graded like any other coin.

Did you send the Mill.Sac in an acg slab?
I took some ICG slabs to Fla with me and NGC won't cross them.
