80 refs does help, but personally, i think that even sending certified doesnt help because all that does is confirms he got it. nothing is making him send the cards out. but go for it.

Post his ref's list and or his site it might help .Many rip offs make up their own ref's using other email accounts

This morning it was dmx3x (37) and now it's madskillzzz (37) with the shades.
