Removing PVC but not Toning? - Pics Added

I just got a 26-S Toned Peace with 1 spot of PVC on the obverse. I want it gone but I don't want to affect the rim toning on the coin. Luckily the PVC spot is not on a toned area.
Can I dip the coin in acetone without effecting the toning or should I use a Q-Tip and try to treat the spot directly. Or since the coin is going to NGC just let NCS doing it and then have NGC slab it?
Any advice would be great.
Thanks

I also had an NGC MS68 1976-S Ike done to remove a fingerprint (yep- NGC leaves them too!) and they did a great job!

The 1924 is on hold, Frattlaw.
Use a bit of Unisolvent for the PVC problem. If you like, I can take care of it for you tomorrow at the Anaheim Show. Be there!
Unfortunately the blues and greens don't show up well in the pics.
