I just got one from Sandy saying that David Hall wanted her to contact anyone who had customer service issues to discuss. I hope she's ready for my response.image

  • Nope. Even though I've had fingerprint issues in the past, I guess it was either too long ago to worry about, or my submission levels haven't been high enough to concern anyone (though that by itself should be a concern).

They probably haven't gotten around to culling your eMail address from your profile here at the forums. That's the one they used with me, and it's not the one they have on record at the company.

    Yes, I got one too.
  • Russ, DHeath,

"Mean" would also be correct. Mean is always equal to the average... it's just another word for it. Median is the middle value in a list of data sorted in ascending order. Median is only equal to the average if the data (in this case, ALL the people you meet) conforms to a Normal Distribution. I do believe that most, if not all, of IQ data that's been taken has proven that it does form a Normal Distribution. So, Median would also be correct in this case.

It just so happens that I spent part of my day generating random data that fluctuates within the standard deviation of the mean torque measured at the wheels of a vehicle rolling on a regular ol' not-so-smooth road for the purposes of replicating road conditions for an all-wheel drive vehicle mounted on a dynamometer to do lab testing of the power transfer to each wheel as road conditions change under each independent wheel.

Sorry... it was a long day. image

    Edited to add:
Wow, that second paragraph is one loooong sentence! I've been up for 41 hours now.

I haven't received an email message yet, but I've a feeling that they wouldn't give a darn about me knowing how I feel about their CEO.

I didn't get one. image Maybe they were scared of what I would say?

For what it is worth, most of my horrible experience with PCGS customer service was in the past. I gave up after a while. Then Carol and Charlie started to take care of me.
