What do you wish to know about ED's? I do think that the Bowers Silver Dollar encyclopedia is very good. I also think that the upcoming Cardinal book is good. The best, however, are auction catalogs and joining the JRCS.
The JRCS web site is at jrcs.org. The recent Goldberg 9/02 pre-LB catalog with the San Marino collection is very good, as is the 1975 Superior ANA catalog.
You can post your questions either here or across the street. I'm usually across the street, but Highlander and Cardinal are usually here. And, there are others who are also very knowledgeable about ED's.
So, first thing you need to do is to answer my first question...

Thanks for the info and the website. I am not looking for anything specific, but just general reference and history of the coins at this point. These big dollars sure are cool coins. I would like to know more about the coins and maybe will start collecting them. At this point I have only one, but I sure love it, and think it would be a fun series to collect.
