Forum Idea-Customer Service

Since Mr. Hall has shown up in these parts for the last couple of days we've seen the resolution of the 1913-D $20. Others have presented problems slabs as well. Before this turns into the forum where everybody begins to use it as the dispute resolution arena, would it make sense to create a new forum specifically for customer service? It could be run similar to the Q&A forum where submission posts could be kept private. After a resolution has been reached if both PCGS and the owner agree the results could be posted.
A couple of the advantages of such a forum seem to be:
1. We don't want every Tom, Dick and Harry posting "I've got a fingerprint..." (no offense DRG) in the US Coin Forum. Don't get me wrong, I think there is something to be gained by understanding how a $20 Gold was doctored, but somewhere there is a line.
2. I think it would help to improve the Customer Service issue at PCGS. If I have a problem coin I could upload a scan/pic and get an initial reaction from PCGS before going through the trouble and expense of sending the coin in.
I've got several other ideas about it but will stop right here for now.
Just throwing this out there....

It would save a lot of chatter and speculation if questions could be answered
for all to see.
