Good PCGS Customer Service - Email

In the past month PCGS has started to Email submitters when there submittal was received, Email when it is completed, and Email when it was shipped. I think this is great and applaud PCGS for it. I think one ought to give credit when credit is due and say this is a step in the right direction for PCGS customer service.

I'll chime in too. That is a great service enhancer and will save me countless hours over the course of the year as now no longer punch in all my pending order numbers every day or two.

Better late than never. I think, at least to me, that PCGS does listen and has responded. I was wondering where they came up with the idea. I for one, appreciate the suggestion.
