I WON THIS AUCTION ON EBAY PAID FOR IT AND ASKED THE SELLER TO LEVE ME POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND THIS IS THE RESPONSE I GOT BACK:

I'll be happy to leave you a positive. I'm actually managing this account
for a business associate though, so I prefer to leave feedback after the
other person does so. I am sending the package out in about 30 minutes, so
it should be there shortly. If you wish to leave "preemptive feedback" I
would be happy to reciprocate. Otherwise I would prefer to be sure you are
satisfied before leaving feedback.

Dont leave feedback. He's scared that if you arent satisfied with the product and leave negative feedback for him, he cant screw you and do the same.

I always leave feedback within minutes if paid thru paypal. But I have to wait on some people when I pay thru paypal. It doesn`t make sense to me. NBT

This is one of my big gripes about E-bay, also. I always ask seller's to leave me feedback when they receive my payment. Often they refuse to do so until after I leave feedback as a buyer....I think this is really sketchy. As a buyer, I have completed my end of the deal when I send payment....therefore they should be able to leave feedback.....period. I am not obligated to do anything further.

I have a current issue also with a seller. I bought a box of Fleer Premium from them, paid instantly after the auction ended, and received no feedback. Then when I received the box, it was a pack short. I asked them about the missing pack, and why no feedback was left. They replied only to my inquiry of the missing pack, and said nothing about the feedback. Been 3 weeks and still no feedback....very unhappy...

I also feel sellers should leave positive feedback as soon as payment is recieved. Unfortuately most sellers don't do this in fear of the buyer not liking the product, leaving a negative feedback. As an Ebay seller with ~100 sales I can say I always leave positive feedback after the seller pays. I wish everyone would do this since it's only proper.

i buy and sell on eBay. WHen i buy, i always want the seller to leave me good feedback because i have completed my end of the deal. When i sell, i always leave the bidder good feedback when i get the payment because theyve completed their part. If i buy and the seller makes me leave feedback for him first, i wont do it cuz some people out there dont care and just leave you bad feedback. I especially hate these people with thousands of feedback who make you leave them good feedback and never leave you ANY feedback!
