mercury dimes full band ?

I read on one forum that if the coin has no break in the horizontal line it is considered full bands; Is this the
general consenses? I have 41d 42 & 44 .

The three horizontal bands the center one needs to be split in the center. At least that was the answer I got here.

From something I read in a coin book, this is not necessarily the case. It is possible to have split bands without having full bands.

Here is an explination I found with a quick Google Search

    Split Bands
