    whats a JPEG cruncher? i might be able to help you... i know TOO much about computers

    it compresses a file in this case a jpeg (image) into a smaller file size

    example:

    I have a 90kb file, they usually can compress the file size to 20kb

    All you have to do is change the DPI (dots per inch) or pixel size. Just about any program can do that, even MS Paint.

    Adobe PhotoDeluxe does the job
    I have it and when I want to reduce its kb size, I just find its size scale and change its % tage of width and height, which is pixels... and say its currently at 100 % and 50 kb, well I might change it to 80% and it eats quite a bit kb's
