Is there a shortcut or "hot key" for bullets? Thanks.

What I do with bullets is either have auto on where it does it for you or Highlight a bullet, (cntrl-C or copy) then anytime I want to put in a bullet (ctrl-v or paste) where you want it to go. As for a shortcut, not sure about it, probably need a third arm to get it right....(ctrl-f12-leftmouse+right foot on red)
