Reverse looks very nice. No sig marks, nice luster. The luster looks less alive on the obverse... could be the lighting. There are some fair ticks along the cheek & jaw line. Unless the odd obverse luster is a cleaning, I'd expect MS63-64 for a grade.

Nice looking ms coin except for maybe one thing, the line that starts on the base of the hair and goes up to the r in liberty might be a scratch. Too much reflected light to see it well in the picture.
If you don't plan on slabing it dosen't really matter.
Plus you can return it if not happy.

Don't BIN because it will never make the grade. Look at how ticked up the face & neck is and the hit on the chin.

Nice Liberty, but I think the dings on the cheek will keep it at MS63 at best.
