uh . . . that must be the ultra rare "One-quarter Quarter" aka five cents struck by the midnight minters in 1913. Notice the similarities to the "V" nickel. Rumor has it that after they struck the five 1913 nickels, they took a fast boat down to Bogota and snuck into the Bogus . . . uh . . . I mean Bogota Royal Mint in the middle of the night where these pieces were clandestinely struck. I think it weighs about one kilo, if I'm not mistaken.
I don't have the proper books with me but it looks like a 1 duit struck by the Dutch East India company (VOC, these are the initials for the dutch words for the name of the company.) The company had been granted to right to coin money for their possessions and they are pretty common.
