black spot disease

i just received a kennedy 1969-s nice dcam but a little hazy ...I gave it a quick dip and all the haze disappeared but it has a couple of small rim black spots. is there any way to get rid of it. this coin would be stellar and worthy of grading if i could get them to disappear.

    Dip it more but you will probably lose the luster at the same time and that would be as bad if not worse than a few spots.
