Can someone one show me a pic of a coin that comes back in a body bag or what a body bag looks like Please?

A body bag, atleast from NGC, is really nothing more than a 2.5 x 2.5 large mylar flip inside which they put a 2 x 2 flip with the red headed step child. On the outside of the larger flip is a white sticker with about 10 reasons why a coin would be bagged, and they check the appropriate one...
