Don't you hate it when you see an auction title that gets you all excited...

...and you see the little icon that indicate there's a picture...

...and then when you see the actual picture, you get this?

What a gyp.

I will never understand what goes through a seller's mind when they list a coin that expensive and toss in garbage scans.

and don't check the spelling in their item description. Heck, we all make little mistakes with this stuff, but if I wa putting up an $18k+ coin, I'd double check what I just typed in there.
It's probably an amazing looking coin too. We'll never know though.

This never ceases to amaze me. Here we have someone with a 18.5 thousand dollor coin but yet he doesn't own a decent camera. It's unfortunate the majority of coin auctions lack decent pictures. Why does a seller bother if he can't get a decent picture. This guy would have been better off drawing a picture or using silly putty. LOL

OK, I know I went a little overboard but I did get a kick out of it here in the wee hours of the morning.

  • Sorry -> my nasty suspicious untrusting side does not take anyone's word when I would be spending $18K on a single coin!
